Dream within a dream?

I had a weird thing happen in a dream last night. I was having dinner with a girl and some other people and i started telling her a long story of something that happened to me in AIT when i was in the army. The interesting thing is that it never happened, what I told her was another dream i had that same night. It was about me working in an army grocery store, like a whole foods, and the highjinks that ensured. My dreams are becoming more vivid and behaving in a weird manner. I've been meditating more often now and also began using the Robert Monroe Cd's when i meditate. I wonder if that's affecting me? Oh and just came up w a new term... Metadream.
